Requirements:

• Assist with the delivery of an optimal strategic system landscape.
• Manage the design, installation and operation of the ICT system instance landscape, client and transport processes.
• Configure and manage all non-functional platform capabilities including job scheduling, output management, email, archiving, technical security, and technical connectivity between software components.
• Manage the operation of backup, high availability and disaster recovery solutions for IT systems.
• Develop plans for backups and disaster recovery and execute those plans when necessary.
• Resolve and/or escalate issues that adversely impact policy, performance and/or customer service, including disaster/emergencies.
